About the Job
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented structural designer to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing tensile structures, steel frameworks, and shade systems using professional structural analysis software. You will be responsible for performing accurate design calculations, developing safe and cost-efficient structural solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform structural analysis and calculations using Global RFM, SAP2000, Prokon, and other relevant tools
2. Generate detailed structural reports and calculation packages for consultant/client submission
3. Optimize designs for material efficiency, wind loads, and code compliance
4. Coordinate with estimation and sales teams to support technical aspects of proposals
5. Provide engineering input for shop drawings, connection details, and fabrication plans
6. Participate in design review meetings and provide technical guidance during execution
7. Ensure timely delivery of design packages and compliance with project schedules
8. Stay up to date with industry standards, materials, and design innovations
9. Review and verify third-party design submissions when needed
