Key responsibilities:1. Edit long-form and short-form video content for various platforms
2. Craft clean, cohesive narratives that reflect the voice and goals of Marcstrat and our clients
3. Add dynamic transitions, lower-thirds, text overlays, and simple animations to enhance viewer engagement
4. Clean up audio, mix levels, and sync sound to ensure professional quality output
5. Transform long-form video content (e.g., webinars or interviews) into shorter clips, reels, and social snippets
6. Organize video assets, manage revisions, and export content in platform-specific formats
7. Work with content strategists and designers to bring ideas to life and iterate based on feedback
