Key responsibilities:1. Vendor Onboarding: Identify, connect with, and onboard new vendors to expand our premium event network.
2. Customer Interactions: Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries, offering professional and personalised service.
3. Follow-ups & Coordination: Ensure smooth communication and coordination between customers, vendors, and internal teams.
4. Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates on all interactions and bookings.
