Key responsibilities:1. Drive strategic sales plans and marketing initiatives to grow the brand’s presence
2. Build and manage strong relationships with multi-brand outlets, boutiques, and retail chains
3. Identify new business opportunities and drive placement in premium retail spaces
4. Conduct regular market and store visits to assess product availability, visibility, and VM standards
5. Analyze sales performance and consumer trends to refine strategy
6. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and logistics to ensure smooth execution
7. Collect market feedback to guide product and merchandising improvements
8. Monitor inventory flow and support stock planning efforts
