We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive with strong experience in US outbound calling and lead generation. We are also open to hiring freshers who have a strong passion for international sales and business development activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, specifically targeting clients needing support in Data Engineering, AI/ML, and Cloud Data services.Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain a quality prospect database focused on US-based clients in need of Data/AI/Cloud services.
2. Perform market research and prospecting through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
3. Generate qualified leads for staffing or project-based engagements in Data Engineering, Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), AI/ML, and Analytics.
4. Understand client pain points and identify opportunities for solution selling.
5. Coordinate with internal recruitment and technical teams to align sales strategy with candidate supply.
6. Prepare and analyze weekly/monthly sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
7. Maintain detailed records of lead generation activities in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
8. Collaborate with marketing to design and run email marketing campaigns tailored to US tech decision-makers.
9. Create reports summarizing key insights on lead conversion, industry trends, and competitor activity.
