About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Identify and target potential clients (enterprises and startups) for recruitment services.
2. Initiate outbound calls and emails to pitch the company’s offerings.
3. Conduct sales presentations and demos to prospective clients.
4. Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
5. Maintain a sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and convert them into long-term partnerships.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of recruitment services.
7. Maintain CRM records, reporting sales activities and performance.
8. Build strong relationships with decision-makers (HR heads, CXOs, founders).
