Key Responsibilities:1. Connect with prospective property buyers to understand their investment goals and homeownership aspirations.
2. Evaluate client requirements and recommend the most suitable property options.
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships while coordinating with real estate developers and internal teams.
4. Ensure timely follow-ups and schedule property site visits based on client interest.
5. Be on-site to assist clients during visits, provide guided property tours, and address queries in real-time.
6. Share clear, accurate, and updated information on real estate projects.
7. Support clients throughout the sales process with a focus on successful deal closures.
8. Stay updated on market trends, new property launches, and competitor activities.
9. Maintain organized records of all client interactions using CRM tools.
10. Provide end-to-end assistance in the property acquisition process for a seamless experience.
11. Work towards meeting individual and team sales targets to drive business growth.
