About the Job
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven sales executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting with clients daily, driving sales, maintaining long-term client relationships, and ensuring a seamless transition to post-sales implementation. You will play a vital role in growing our customer base through both company-provided leads and self-initiated outreach.Key Responsibilities:
A. Client meetings & sales:
1. Attend daily client meetings (physical or virtual) to pitch and demonstrate our product/app.
2. Convert leads into sales by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
3. Follow up persistently with prospective clients until the sale is closed.
B. Post-sales support & coordination:
1. Act as a liaison between the client and the implementation team for onboarding and deployment of the app.
2. Ensure smooth coordination for implementation at the client’s premises and address any issues during the process.
3. Maintain ongoing relationships with clients post-implementation for upselling, renewals, and referrals.
C. Lead generation:
1. Source new clients through cold calls, email outreach, field visits, and networking.
2. Follow up on leads provided by the company and manage them in the CRM system.
3. Schedule appointments, deliver presentations, and conduct product demos.
D. Reporting & performance tracking:
1. Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the sales manager.
2. Maintain and update client records, sales pipeline, and meeting logs.
3. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
E. Customer relationship management:
1. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
2. Resolve client issues and queries in a timely and professional manner.
F. Market intelligence:
1. Keep up with industry trends, competitor activity, and market insights.
2. Share valuable feedback from clients with internal teams to improve product and service offerings.
