About the Job
Key responsibilities:A. Business Development & Sales Growth
1. Identify and onboard key vendors—Ayurvedic doctors, clinics, wellness centres, e-commerce partners.
2. Pitch and negotiate bulk and retail deals; close quotations and contracts.
3. Develop, monitor, and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
B. Client Engagement & Relationship Management
1. Maintain regular touchpoints with existing clients; drive repeat orders and cross‑sell opportunities.
2. Collect market feedback, competitor insights, and channel intelligence to inform strategies.
C. Digital & Retail Collaboration
1. Work closely with marketing to drive online sales, promotions, and influencer engagement.
D. Reporting & Planning
1. Prepare weekly/monthly sales performance reports and pipeline updates.
2. Propose initiatives to expand into new zones and verticals.
3. Use our CRM software to track your visits, follow-ups, orders, and feedback — we value organized, data-driven work
