About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Generate new leads and build a pipeline through cold calling, networking, and inbound inquiries.
2. Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions/products.
3. Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and client meetings (virtual or in-person).
4. Negotiate pricing and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
5. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
6. Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market feedback.
