About the Role:The candidate will be responsible for identifying and sourcing prospective new franchisees, pipeline maintenance and adherence to sales processes. Must passionately represent the brand(s) and be able to ethically coach prospects through the discovery process, financing resolution and market development.
Key responsibilities:
· Developing franchisee partners and expanding the business.
· Present business plans to the potential client, and negotiate the terms and conditions of the franchise agreement for the exclusive F-brand outlet.
· Be responsible for the entire sales process (end-to-end): from initial solicitation through contract completion, which includes identifying and sourcing prospective new franchisees and adherence to the sales processes.
· Plan, set and action the monthly and yearly sales objectives, along with regular basis tracking and presentation of growth/progress reports.
· Work closely with the Management on the strategic initiatives for achieving the organisation's goals.
· Finalise the Project for each Franchise and guide/explain ROI to them, helping out the franchise-owner to set up the Business Unit.
· Assist the franchise partner from the initial planning and set-up stage, till the launch or till the time the place is rendered fully operational and fully functioning.
· Constantly coordinate with the operations team to ensure proper and complete setup.
· Serve as a solid liaison (strong point-of-contact) between franchise partner and the company headquarters (head office).
