About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Target Execution
Achieve individual monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
Assist in implementing sales strategies and promotions to meet goals.
2. Lead Management & Conversion
Follow up on assigned leads through calls, meetings, and site visits.
Convert qualified leads into successful sales closures.
Maintain accurate lead and activity records in CRM.
3. Customer Relationship Management
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Address customer queries with clarity, professionalism, and timely follow-up.
Assist in building long-term relationships with potential buyers.
4. Market and Product Knowledge
Stay updated on project details, pricing, offers, and inventory.
Understand competitor offerings and highlight differentiators during sales discussions.
5. Site Visit Coordination
Schedule and conduct site visits for prospective clients.
Ensure the presentation of the site aligns with brand standards.
6. Reporting & Documentation
Provide daily and weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of booking forms, agreements, and KYC documentation.
7. Team Collaboration
Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams for lead nurturing.
Share customer feedback and market insights with the team for continuous improvement.
