About the Job
The role We are seeking to hire a sales person who will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our internal department on lead generation. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your inside sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitating the ongoing training of your salespeople.Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls
2. Meet planned sales goals
3. Track sales goals and report results as necessary
4. Coordinate with the inside sales team on lead generation
5. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
6. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
7. Contact prospective customers through cold calling and emails
8. Follow up on data and leads developed by the sales team
9. Transfer qualified leads to experienced sales professionals
10. Identify key prospects for sales and develop interests
11. Conduct remote or in-person demos of our products
12. Follow up diligently on any leads showing interest
13. Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads
14. Participate in the preparation of proposals and sales presentations
15. Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process
