Key Responsibilities:1. Work on end-to-end sales of vacant and new properties through leads assigned in CRM
2. Generating and conducting site visits of interested clients to relevant properties
3. Managing negotiations with buyers and ensuring deal closures
4. Maintain excellent client relationships throughout the process
5. Achieve a weekly target of 5–6 site visits
