Key ResponsibilityA. Customer Service:
1. Greet brides and guests warmly.
2. Assist with bridal trials and fittings.
3. Help clients choose outfits based on their needs, budget, and style.
B. Product Knowledge:
1. Be well-informed about bridal collections, fabrics, alterations, and trends.
2. Explain product features, pricing, and customization options.
C. Sales Support:
1. Follow up with customers about appointments and orders.
2. Assist in closing sales and upselling accessories.
D. Inventory & Display:
1. Maintain neat, attractive product displays.
2. Keep track of sample gowns and accessories.
E. Administrative Tasks:
1. Record customer information and sales.
2. Help schedule appointments and manage walk-ins.
