About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Understand different types of Windows OS and third-party patches along with the patch cycle
2. Deploy the patches, perform testing, conduct UAT, prepare test cases, provide support, monitor performance, implement solutions, and report outcomes
3. Close vulnerability assessments, ensure statutory compliance, install patches, apply fixes, analyze issues, and log complaints related to software/hardware
4. Generate day-to-day MIS reports, conduct database support including performance monitoring, perform regular backups and restoration activities, optimize systems, maintain table spaces and log files, and troubleshoot patch failures
5. Collaborate with other IT teams to schedule and coordinate patch deployments
6. Resolve issues arising from patch deployments and update failures
7. Maintain and update patch management documentation
8. Provide detailed reports on patch management activities and system compliance
9. Conduct regular audits of patch levels and monitor system statuses
