About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. End-to-end client handling from office: Own the complete lead lifecycle- from lead qualification to site visit scheduling, financial negotiation, and deal closure- all managed through the office desk.
2. Lead nurturing & high-intent filtering: Prioritize high-value leads (from inside sales, campaigns, or channel partners), build rapport, and engage them in structured follow-ups.
3. In-office client meetings & closures: Host qualified clients at the office for in-depth project discussions, walkthroughs (via VR/video), offer structuring, and documentation support.
4. Closure ownership & revenue target achievement: Take personal responsibility for achieving monthly revenue, site visit-to-booking ratio, and closure targets.
5. Mentorship to junior associates: Guide and support new joiners, trainees, or inside sales reps with objection handling, pitch improvement, and CRM discipline.
6. Multi-project knowledge management: Maintain a detailed understanding of multiple live projects (location, pricing, RERA status, construction stage, possession, builder reputation).
