About the Job
We are looking for a results-oriented and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that elevate our brand presence, drive web traffic, and generate leads. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the digital landscape, strong analytical skills, and a passion for creating engaging content across various platforms. 1. Plan, execute, and manage comprehensive digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, content marketing, email campaigns, social media, and online advertising.
2. Optimize website content and structure for improved SEO and higher search engine rankings.
3. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to guide content strategy and campaign direction.
4. Create, manage, and analyze engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
5. Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, and track ROI and performance metrics.
6. Develop and implement data-driven content marketing strategies including blogs, videos, and infographics.
7. Use Google Analytics and other tools to monitor website traffic, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
8. Apply A/B testing and user funnel analysis to optimize conversion paths.
9. Maintain and update website content; apply basic HTML/CSS for formatting when needed.
10. Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
11. Stay current with the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices in digital marketing.
12. Oversee multiple digital projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
13. Monitor competitors and provide insights to refine digital marketing strategy.
14. Monitor, maintain, and improve online reviews and ratings across platforms (Google, Glassdoor, Yelp, Facebook, etc.) to enhance our brand reputation and credibility.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
2. Proficiency in SEO, content creation, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media management tools.
3. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Creative and detail-oriented, with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
7. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for website formatting and troubleshooting.
8. Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
