About the Job
We are seeking a senior sales manager who understands the business of building relationships, driving revenue, and turning conversations into contracts. This is a leadership role for someone who doesn’t just chase numbers- but sets up systems, strategies, and teams that deliver consistent results. If you come with a background in events, media, or agency sales, have a strong understanding of both traditional and digital landscapes, and can lead from the front under pressure, we’d like to meet you.Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
2. Identify and penetrate new markets, industries, and client segments for business expansion
3. Build, nurture, and close high-value client relationships across corporate, brand, and institutional sectors
4. Lead both digital and on-ground sales teams, ensuring performance, discipline, and alignment with company goals
5. Oversee client pitches, proposal development, negotiations, and final conversions
6. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry movement to stay ahead
7. Coordinate with internal departments (production, creative, finance) to ensure client satisfaction and delivery
8. Set and track KPIs, guide performance reviews, and motivate team members with a target-driven approach
