1. Make outbound calls to potential students to discuss our educational programs and services.
2. Utilize MS-Excel to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
3. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
4. Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and convert them into enrolled students.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly enrollment targets.
6. Demonstrate proficiency in both spoken English and Hindi to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
7. Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
