Key responsibilities:Design Excellence:
Conceptualize and create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
Enhance existing design systems and ensure consistency across all product interfaces.
User-Centric Approach
Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to understand pain points and opportunities
Translate user needs into intuitive and delightful design solutions.
Collaboration:
Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design with business objectives
Present design concepts and rationale to team members and leadership effectively.
Continuous Improvement:
Analyze user metrics and feedback to refine designs and improve usability
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to innovate continuously.
Problem-Solving and Innovation:
Tackle complex design challenges by thinking critically and creatively.
Innovate new features and solutions that enhance the usability and engagement of the platform.
Continuously explore emerging tools, trends, and technologies to improve the design process
