About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify stores end-to-end
2. Implement custom themes, apps, and integrations to enhance store functionality
3. Optimize stores for performance, speed, and SEO
4. Set up and configure products, collections, payment gateways, and shipping
5. Collaborate with designers and project managers to deliver pixel-perfect storefronts
6. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to store performance and user experience
7. Manage inventory operations, including updating stock levels and coordinating product catalogs
8. Generate and maintain documentation for processes and workflows
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
2. Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience working on Shopify and e-commerce development
Technical Skills:
1. Demonstrate proficiency in Shopify Liquid templating language
2. Apply strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
3. Utilize experience with Shopify APIs and app integrations
4. Implement e-commerce best practices, SEO, and conversion optimization strategies
5. Manage inventory and product catalog operations effectively
6. Use third-party tools and apps for Shopify such as Klaviyo and Oberlo
7. Follow Git version control workflows
Soft Skills:
1. Maintain a detail-oriented and organized approach to managing e-commerce operations
2. Exhibit excellent communication and team collaboration skills
3. Apply strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST (Monday to Saturday)
