About the Job
You'll work closely with the team to bring content ideas to life and make them work harder across platforms.Key Responsibilities:
1. Translate content strategy into execution: Work closely with the content team to repurpose and adapt content across platforms.
2. Social media management: Own the execution of our content calendar across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
3. Platform strategy & growth: Optimise content for each platform’s algorithm, format, and audience behavior.
4. Website & SEO management: Coordinate updates on our website and ensure content is SEO-optimized to drive organic discovery.
5. CRM execution: Manage our CRM touchpoints (emails, updates, loyalty flows), keeping communication timely, engaging, and on-brand.
6. Paid media & growth hacking: Plan and optimise ad spends to boost reach, engagement, and conversion across key campaigns.
7. Analytics & insights: Track performance, generate regular reports, and share insights to improve future content and spending.
8. Community building: Drive meaningful engagement and grow a loyal base of fans and followers.
9. Trend spotting: Stay on top of internet culture, reels, formats, and feature drops and bring ideas proactively.
