About the Job
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Social Media Ownership
1. Build, manage, and grow Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts from the ground up.
2. Create short-form video-first content (you’ll be scripting, shooting, editing, and posting).
3. Develop and maintain a weekly content calendar aligned with brand goals.
4. Engage with followers, DMs, comments, and pet parent conversations.
B. Content Creation
1. Stay on top of trends, memes, hooks, and formats to make content that hits.
2. Collaborate with the founder, designers, and dog parents to co-create content.
3. Film UGC-style content (you + your dog or borrowed talent).
4. Edit videos for speed, clarity, captions, and scroll-stopping-ness.
C. Community Management
1. Build and moderate Facebook Groups and WhatsApp Communities for pet parents.
2. Launch fun campaigns, host polls, AMA sessions, and encourage UGC.
3. Cultivate a vibe: warm, fun, informative, and inclusive Analytics+Optimisation.
4. Track performance across platforms and use insights to test & tweak.
5. Spot what’s working and double down fast.
D. Blog & Website
1. Write or manage the writing of educational blog content (SEO-friendly).
2. Upload and manage posts on our website CMS.
3. Translate social content into evergreen blog material.
