About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Content Planning & Strategy: Develop and manage a monthly content calendar that aligns with launches, campaigns, and storytelling moments.
2. Content Creation & Styling: Plan and oversee shoot concepts, flat-lays, reels, behind-the-scenes, and lifestyle content. Bonus if you’re hands-on with basic photography or video editing.
3. Copywriting: Write engaging captions, product highlights, and campaign messaging that reflect our tone: warm, playful, and intelligent.
4. Platform Management: Daily posting, scheduling, and account management across Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook. Manage DM responses and brand mentions.
5. Growth Initiatives: Work on influencer collaborations, trend-based content, hashtag strategy, and reel virality to grow our community organically.
