Key responsibilities:1. Drive online sales of solar and battery systems by engaging strategically with prospects through phone calls, emails, and live chats to deliver personalized energy solutions and achieve consistent sales targets.
2. Perform in-depth analysis of self-generated leads and implement data-driven sales strategies to maintain a high conversion rate through timely and targeted follow-ups.
3. Manage the complete rebate application lifecycle for Solar VIC, ensuring accurate documentation, submission, and proactive tracking for faster approval processes.
4. Re-engage dormant and aged leads through structured cold-calling campaigns, successfully converting inactive prospects into active clients.
5. Collect post-installation customer feedback and referrals, enhancing brand reputation, increasing customer retention, and supporting organic lead generation.
