Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) / Speech TherapistClinic Name: Vision and Vitality Center
Location: Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh
Position: Full-Time / Part-Time
Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000/month (Negotiable)
Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers are welcome)
Start Date: Immediate

Vision and Vitality Center is a multidisciplinary clinic dedicated to empowering lives through specialized care in vision, rehabilitation, and developmental therapy. Our team includes Optometrists, Occupational Therapists, and special educators, offering holistic support to individuals with special needs.
Key responsibilities:
1. Assess speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in both children and adults.
2. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans (IEPs) tailored to each client's diagnosis and needs.
3. Conduct therapy sessions for conditions such as ASD, speech delays, ADHD/ADD, stuttering, Down syndrome, and articulation disorders.
4. Maintain detailed documentation, including session notes, progress reports, and clinical records.
5. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including OTs, optometrists, and behavioral therapists.
6. Educate and counsel parents and caregivers on therapy objectives and effective home strategies.
7. Participate actively in workshops, awareness camps, and parent training programs.
