About the Job

This role requires a strategic, research-driven approach to talent mapping, market intelligence, and targeted outreach.Key Responsibilities:
1. Client engagement & requirement gathering: Interact with the clients' hiring managers to understand job descriptions, role expectations, and key deliverables. Build strong client relationships to ensure alignment on hiring strategy and timelines.
2. Talent sourcing & outreach: Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals. Conduct market research and develop targeted sourcing strategies for specialised roles.
3. Screening & evaluation: Conduct resume shortlisting and telephonic/video screenings to assess suitability. Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, cultural fit, and career aspirations. Craft compelling outreach emails to engage high-quality candidates
4. Interview coordination: Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and clients. Prepare and brief candidates before interviews.
5. Candidate & client management: Act as the liaison between the candidate and client throughout the recruitment process. Provide timely updates and feedback to both parties.
6. Offer negotiation & onboarding: Support in offer rollout, negotiation, and closure. Ensure smooth handholding of selected candidates until they join the client organization.
7. Database & reporting: Maintain detailed records of candidates and client interactions. Ensure accurate documentation of candidate details and search progress in the internal system. Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership and clients on recruitment status.
