1. Ensure the effective implementation of the Teach Program
2. Focus on the 2 key aspects of your work: center management & volunteer management
3. Manage the operational aspects of 2–3 learning centers and the volunteers in cities across India while managing national events throughout the year
4. Troubleshoot and address issues with the volunteers
5. Build leadership capacity among volunteers
6. Demonstrate excellent communication skills (written and oral)
7. Apply excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and drive work streams from initiation to completion
8. Act as a self-starter with the ability to work autonomously to identify and serve needs with minimal supervision
9. Organize and complete multiple tasks by establishing priorities while considering special assignments, frequent interruptions, deadlines, available resources, and multiple reporting relationships
10. Coordinate with multiple people while running events with consistent follow-up
11. Communicate the vision behind projects to the Teach team
12. Develop content for event marketing (PPTs, posters etc)
13. Mentor your team of volunteers and instill hope and grit in the next generation
