Key Responsibilities:1. Investor service done through correspondence, telephone calls, emails, and OTC
visits (on-the-counter visits)
2. Ensuring that all responses given to investors are complete and accurate so that repeat
cases are avoided
3. Keeping track of the DD request process & receipt with Client Relations
4. Ensuring the best quality for all letters written to investors
