About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Screen and interview technical candidates including developers and engineers
2. Understand technical requirements and match suitable candidates accordingly
3. Explain job descriptions and project expectations clearly to candidates
4. Coordinate with the internal team and clients to fulfill hiring needs
5. Assist in reviewing, editing, and modifying resumes
Requirements:
1. Possess 6 months to 1 year of experience as a developer (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack, Flutter, etc.)
2. Have a strong understanding of coding languages, development lifecycles, and tech stacks
3. Demonstrate excellent communication skills
4. Be willing to work on the night shift (US Process)
5. Be based in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad (Work from Office)
