About the Job
We are urgently hiring experienced professionals for the role of US technical support specialist. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and strong technical knowledge to resolve customer issues related to laptops, routers, MS Office, and more.Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide prompt support via phone and chat for technical issues related to Windows OS, laptops/desktops, emails, routers, printers, and smart devices.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software concerns efficiently.
3. Maintain detailed logs of all interactions.
4. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
5. Collaborate with the team to achieve support KPIs.
Note: Shift- Night Shift (6 days/week, Sunday fixed off).
