Key Responsibilities:1. Lead and oversee solar panel installations, including rooftop, off-grid, and ground-mounted systems.
2. Interpret technical drawings, site layouts, and electrical schematics.
3. Supervise a team of technicians and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
4. Plan site execution schedules, allocate resources, and coordinate with suppliers.
5. Conduct site inspections, audits, and performance tests.
6. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide prompt resolutions.
7. Ensure compliance with electrical and structural codes.
8. Maintain project documentation, service reports, and installation records.
9. Coordinate with clients, project managers, and vendors for smooth execution.
10. Train junior staff and technicians on solar installation and maintenance best practices.
