About the Job
As a Telecaller at Proto Business Solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through effective communication and customer service. Your proficiency in both English and Hindi will allow you to engage with a diverse range of clients and prospects.Key Responsibilities:
1. Conducting outbound calls to generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
2. Following up with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
3. Providing information about products and services, and addressing any customer queries or concerns.
4. Maintaining accurate records of all interactions and updating the CRM system accordingly.
5. Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for achieving targets.
6. Participating in regular training sessions to enhance communication skills and product knowledge.
7. Contributing to a positive and dynamic work environment by actively participating in team meetings and activities.
