Key Responsibilities:1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers for vehicle sales, service reminders, feedback, and promotional campaigns.
2. Explain dealership offers, services, and vehicle features to potential customers.
3. Follow up with leads generated through walk-ins, events, or digital marketing campaigns.
4. Maintain customer database and call records accurately.
5. Schedule appointments for test drives, vehicle servicing, or meetings with sales executives.
6. Handle inbound customer calls and resolve basic queries or route them to the concerned department.
7. Assist in conducting telephonic surveys and feedback collection.
8. Achieve daily/weekly calling targets set by the management.
