About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Identify and extract relevant leads from IndiaMART, Just Dial, and similar platforms.
2. Make outbound calls to potential customers and qualify them.
3. Maintain accurate records of lead data in Excel or CRM tools.
4. Share qualified leads and inquiries with the internal sales team.
5. Coordinate with sales personnel for timely follow-ups and customer updates.
6. Handle follow-up calls and nurture leads for future business.
7. Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
8. Provide daily/weekly reporting on lead status and conversions.
