About the Job
We are looking for a dynamic telecaller to join our team at Stareye Media & Entertainment Private Limited! As a telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients and customers to promote our services and generate leads.Key responsibilities:
1. Contacting potential clients and customers through telephone calls
2. Promoting our services and offerings to generate leads and sales
3. Maintaining a database of contacts and updating records in MS Excel
4. Following up on leads and scheduling appointments for the sales team
5. Providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns
6. Proficiently communicating in both Hindi and English
7. Achieving daily and monthly targets set by the company
