About the Job
As a Telecaller at Metrolabs Services Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to showcase your excellent English, Hindi, and Telugu speaking skills while assisting our customers with their inquiries and providing exceptional service. Your proficiency in MS-Excel will also come in handy as you input and update customer information accurately.Key Responsibilities:

2. Handle inbound calls from existing customers to address their queries and resolve any issues they may have.
3. Maintain a database of customer information and update it regularly using MS-Excel.
4. Follow up with customers through phone calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to provide support in achieving sales targets.
6. Keep track of call logs and report any discrepancies or trends to the team lead.
7. Continuously improve your communication skills and product knowledge to provide top-notch service to our customers.
