About the Role:We’re looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller/Lead Calling Executive to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers or visitors, helping us drive engagement, verify interest, and generate appointments or conversions through outbound calls.

Key responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to prospective leads from our database.
2. Explain products/services and answer queries professionally.
3. Verify visitor/customer details (name, DOB, interest, etc.).
4. Maintain proper records of calls and responses.
5. Follow up on leads via phone or WhatsApp.
6. Coordinate with sales/marketing teams for smooth lead handovers.
7. Achieve weekly calling and conversion goals.
