About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to promote luxury properties and generate leads.
2. Respond to inbound calls and answer queries related to our projects.
3. Schedule and coordinate site visits with potential buyers.
4. Maintain construction updates and coordinate with buyers.
5. Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
6. Follow up with clients to provide additional information and gather feedback.
7. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
8. Stay updated on real estate market trends and project details.
9. Periodic presentation to promoters on the performance of the leads (weekly/monthly).
10. Flexibility to travel to our sites regularly for training and client visits.
