About the Job
As a Telecaller at SweatFit Wellness Private Limited, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone and promoting our range of health and wellness products. Your excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS-Excel, and fluency in both English and Hindi will be key assets in this role.Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to leads to invite them for trial & experience the program
2. Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing inquiries.
3. Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to effectively communicate with customers.
4.Meet daily targets for calls made to achieve extra commission.
5. Provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences and market insights to improve our sales strategy.
