Key Responsibilities:1. Lead conversion & sales execution: Convert inbound and outbound leads through consultative selling across phone, WhatsApp, and video calls.

3. CRM & reporting: Use CRM (e.g., LeadSquared, Zoho, Salesforce) to keep accurate records and timely updates on lead status.
4. Market insight: Gather and relay customer feedback and market trends to internal teams for continuous improvement.
