1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and set up appointments.
2. Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
3. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients in our CRM system.
4. Work closely with the sales team to support them in achieving their targets.
5. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and be able to effectively explain our services to clients.
6. Meet daily and monthly call quotas to contribute to the overall success of the company.
7. Continuously seek opportunities to improve communication skills and contribute innovative ideas to enhance our calling strategies.
