About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Outbound calling to inbound & marketing leads: Call qualified leads generated through digital campaigns, portals, walk-ins, or channel partners and brief them on active real estate projects.
2. Project pitching & first-level qualification: Explain project features, location, amenities, pricing, and builder reputation to generate interest and qualify buyer intent.
3. Appointment & site visit scheduling: Coordinate and confirm in-person or virtual site visits by aligning with the sales team’s calendar and tracking availability of inventory.
4. Follow-ups & lead nurturing: Maintain regular contact with prospects through structured follow-ups (calls, WhatsApp, or SMS) until they move to the next sales stage.
5. CRM data management & Accuracy: Update and manage daily lead interactions, status changes, and follow-up actions on CRM tools like Excel.
6. Pre-sales coordination with sales team: Collaborate closely with business development or closing teams by sharing buyer preferences, lead notes, and visit feedback for better conversions.
7. Call script adherence & customization: Use structured call scripts while personalizing conversations based on buyer profile (location, budget, family status, investment vs end-use).
