Key responsibilities:1. Contact potential or existing customers using prepared call scripts.
2. Reach out to leads provided by the company (cold calling or warm leads).
3. Clearly and effectively communicate product/service details.
4. Highlight features, benefits, and offers to generate interest.
5. Respond to customer questions and concerns.
6. Overcome objections professionally to move the conversation forward.
7. Identify and qualify sales opportunities through probing questions.
8. Update CRM or lead management systems with accurate data.
9. Convert leads into customers or schedule follow-up meetings for sales teams.
10. Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
11. Accurately document customer information and call outcomes.
12. Keep databases updated for future follow-ups.
13. Adhere to company guidelines and call scripts.
14. Ensure compliance with data protection laws and telemarketing regulations.
15. Coordinate with marketing or sales teams for campaign feedback.
16. Share insights or common customer queries to improve future calls.
17. Participate in training sessions to improve sales and communication skills.
18. Adapt to product updates or process changes.
