About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Connect and engage with pre-generated leads via outbound calls (approximately 80–100 calls daily)
2. Reach out to new customers and explain digital marketing services
3. Initiate repeat sales by following up with existing customers over phone calls
4. Develop in-depth knowledge of products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customer needs
5. Continually meet or exceed daily and monthly targets for call volume and sales
6. Achieve sales targets through new customer acquisition and ensure revenue growth from existing customers
7. Adhere to quality standards and processes within defined metrics
