Key Responsibilities:1. Engage with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences
2. Curate customized domestic & international tour packages
3. Manage bookings for flights, hotels, and ground transportation
4. Handle travel queries via phone, WhatsApp & email
5. Coordinate with vendors and service providers
6. Maintain and update the client database for follow-ups and repeat business
7. Support itinerary planning and provide end-to-end customer service
