About the Job
We are looking for a Banquet/Venue Sales professional who can drive consistent bookings and business for our space. From generating leads to closing deals, this role requires a proactive, strategic, and relationship-focused individual who knows how to position a venue as the perfect space for events, launches, weddings, and brand activations.Key Responsibilities:
Drive inquiries and convert leads for venue bookings across corporate, social, and brand event categories
Build and maintain relationships with event planners, corporates, agencies, wedding planners, and vendors
Strategize and execute outreach plans to ensure the venue maintains a strong pipeline of bookings year-round
Identify and initiate collaborations with corporate brands, event partners, and hospitality alliances
Conduct venue walk-throughs, pitch presentations, and negotiations with potential clients
Handle all incoming inquiries — from first call to final closure — with professionalism and efficiency
Work closely with the operations and events team to ensure smooth handover and execution post-booking
Maintain regular tracking, reporting, and forecasting of leads and closures
Requirements:
Over 1 year of experience in banquet/venue sales, hospitality, or event space management
Strong network across event agencies, corporates, and wedding planners
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to think strategically and execute business development plans
Customer-first attitude with an eye for creating repeat business opportunities
Highly organized, target-driven, and confident under pressure
Strong knowledge of local market and audience preferences
