About the Job
We are looking for a creative and analytical storyteller who can edit engaging videos, manage social media platforms, and grow our online community around Astrologers, Pujas, and Chadhavas.Key Responsibilities:
1. Video Creation & Editing
- Edit and create videos/reels highlighting astrologers, temple rituals, pujas, and chadhavas.
- Shoot and produce high-quality content for various platforms.
2. Social Media Management
- Manage and grow our social media handles (Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp).
- Write catchy hooks, engaging captions, and scripts for content.
- Plan, post, and monitor content across formats (reels, stories, posts, shorts).
3. Community Building
- Build and nurture our organic online community through regular, value-driven content.
- Engage with followers, respond to queries, and encourage interaction.
4. Data-Driven Creativity
- Track performance metrics and analyze audience insights.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for content improvement.
- Balance creativity with measurable growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong video editing skills (Reels, Shorts, Stories).
- Understanding of social media trends and algorithms.
- Ability to write engaging, scroll-stopping content.
- Passion for spiritual, cultural, and devotional themes is a plus.
Note: Hindi and English languages are mandatory for this role, as 90% of our audience speaks Hindi and English.
