About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Edit 2–4 videos per week, each ranging from 5 to 15 minutes in length.
2. Add intros, outros, and remove silences, filler words, and mistakes for smooth flow.
3. Enhance videos with zooms, text overlays, transitions, and other engaging elements.
4. Design custom, click-worthy thumbnails tailored for each video.
5. Write keyword-optimized titles, descriptions, and tags to improve video discoverability.
6. Upload videos to YouTube with proper formatting, scheduling, and metadata.
7. Organize raw footage, maintain project files, and monitor video performance.
8. Optional: Add captions or chapters if proficient in doing so.
